Tomorrow I start a new adventure teaching SUP Yoga...I will be reaching for the sky and encouraging those who join me to do the same. Letting go of all that we can't control and working with our breath and bodies on the water to come back to our real purpose.
It's with Arise Yoga Vernon and run from Kalavida Surf Shop...register at the shop. Classes are $20 and include all gear and some surprise goodies. Or buy a pass for all summer for $125 and commit to a season of blissful Mondays. Paddling or Yoga experience not necessary, all you need to have is a willingness to try and a sense of comfort on the water.
