Nothing is sweeter than when you kids share a passion with you...whether it be a sport, a band, a simple pleasure or an art.
My eldest Noah is fifteen and has picked up my love for photography. I am a proud Mom but there is no denying he is doing amazingly well. He has worked hard and is rocking the instagram world and started his own blog too!
Here is our cat Chum...he took this image and got tons of attention on 500 px
Last night on the way back from our hike he took this one of me in wheel pose...
over 73 likes on Instagram over night! lol People pay big bucks for that kind of social media attention. The kid has over 2000 followers already!!!! I have been on way longer and have 383. WTH?
Follow me friends at kerrymacleod . Someone has to pay the bills!
One of my fave images of Noah's so far is this one of Chumly he took...
It's gorgeous and since we fostered Chum till he was adoptable from the SPCA and Noah paid for him with his own money he is a pretty special part of our family. Ry adores this cat and they are never far apart...I will definitely get this printed on a canvas for Ry's room.
He is also sharing my love of the forest and finding lots of amazing things to capture in the lush coolness it provides during this hot summer. This baby turtle is precious...
Please take time to look at his blog, it's very sweet, Noah MacLeod Photography.
Visit his facebook fan page and give the kid a like...you have no idea what it means to him and what he has conquered this past year or so to find his creative path.
As for moi...I have been shooting too but less time for creative play and more work related but I am happy to share some images from a recent head shot session for my dear Life Coach and friend Jodi Seery.
We did a pile of images for the upcoming launch and rebranding of her page and I am so happy how after hours fighting the harsh mid day light we managed the shots I envisioned.
I have a photography category here on the blog if you want to see other work and I also have a
Birch Hill, photography by me board on Pinterest featuring some of my images. I don't have nearly as many images floating around the Internet world as my motivated off spring but someone has to hold down the fort while the man clan is filling memory cards.
night friends,
oxo
