What a divinely lazy morning I'm having with Ry. Work is at a standstill for the moment while I await some tech support calls from two new software programs I am working with. Keeping my fingies crossed that the news will be good and the solutions easy.
While going through the images from Jamaica I found this one of hubbie at sunset.
It was our first night, when we arrived it was raining hard. We tucked into the lobby until it subsided, happy to just be there and drink rum punch in a beautiful place. Once it passed we headed for our room just long enough to throw swimsuits on and head to the beach. The rain stopped and we swam with Ryan until sunset. I could stay in that water forever.
Just before scooting back to the room to get a dress on and meet everyone for dinner I snapped this. It was my first working holiday, although we had more than enough time for play. I am so grateful he decided to come along and support me and of course enjoy Beaches.
Except for his afternoon love affairs with the tennis pro Coleman, he was always there to look help with Ry when I needed time to shoot or find places to shoot or just clear my mind, he was there to carry my camera bag, get us girls drinks or wish me a fun night out when I headed out for some late night play he wasn't interested in.
Negril was beyond words and it wouldn't have been the same without him. Things aren't always easy being married but he's my rock.
