Applesauce Cookies with Caramel Frosting
Not taking an ounce of credit for this divine recipe though, I found it on Pinterest and it's from Nikki at the blog Chef in Training. Hop over to her link and get baking. These are easy and she's right about the frosting, it's so yummy and versatile. I did cut back on sugar by 1/2 cup and throw in some oatmeal just because I was feeling a little guilty by how decadent the ingredients were.
I have spent so much time on the computer this week editing, my breaks consist of trolling Pinterest and I've had facebook up constantly while I work which isn't at all productive but it keeps me from going bonks. Looking forward to catching up and leaving zombie-hood soon. Luckily I work in the kitchen so I can bake and cook while things download.
