Life is busy...our days are full and sometimes we need to eat on the go.
I don't go to town often, so when I do, I go hard squeezing in lots of errands at once. I first discovered Kind Bars at Starbucks while grabbing a latte once while out and about. The yummy squares and lemon loaf were calling my name but I thought I'd make a healthier pick to give me some fuel.
Surprisingly, it was super tasty with a really nice texture. Since then I've had them again several times while shopping at Homesense and Winners as they sell them at the cash wrap and I'd pick an extra twenty minutes of browsing there over a lunch break any ole day. At Starbucks they are $2.50 and they are $1.80 at Winners so I always grab a couple extra to tuck in my purse, camera bag and glove box in the car. The boys really like them too and they are rich enough to split for Ry and I.
Kind also makes Kind Plus bars with added nutrients and yesterday we nibbled this variety and it was delish...
One of the best things about researching for posts on Snicks is all the stuff I learn. While reading about Kind Bars I found the Kind company is so socially responsible and eco- friendly. They also sell other yummy products like snack clusters and you can order in bulk online which brings the prices down a fair bit. I am amazed at all the bar flavour choices I haven't seen and will definitely be stocking up for our crew.
Happy eco-Friday friends...be KIND to yourself, try a bar when you see them, you won't be disappointed.
If you've tried other flavours of KIND or even other brands you love please leave me a comment as well, I am always on the lookout for healthy snack bars that taste good...there is nothing worse than paying $3 for a power bar that tastes like sawdust.
